Nutrition 

 

 

Here at Three Bears we pride ourselves in helping your little ones and your family build healthy habits for life!

We serve balanced and nutritious meals and snacks in partnership with The Nursery Catering Company who work closely with an early yers nutrition consultant to develop their menu's to ensure they meet the Department for Education's Early Years Nutrition Statutory Guidance (2025), whilst ensuring the children are provided with balanced, varied and  enjoyable meals .

*Breakfast is served at 7.30-8:45am

*Morning snack is served at 10am

*Dinner and either a starter or refined sugar free pudding is served from 11:30am

*Tea is served at 3:30pm

Water and milk are also provided throughout the day with meals, snacks and in between! Each child is provided with their own water bottle with their photo and name labelled to enable them to independently remain hydrated through the day.
